The hypothesis linked to the redesign was, that the conversion rate would drastically increase, as soon as their costumers realised the benefits of getting to know the products from their webpage and also ordering from here. This is exactly what occurred. The increased conversion rate was especially achieved, as users no longer have to go on long searches for contact information and can now easily find all relevant information concerning products etc. Simultaneously the conversion was increased with CRM-orientated forms.
Based on the requirements concerning design, backend and administration of the editors, ez Publish was applied. This decision was made especially due to the high degree of flexibility regarding template design.
